What’s The Cost?
Monthly Rates are based on the specific demographic features, age band, province, smoking status single or family coverage and selected plan option. The volume purchasing arrangement available to you allows for very competitive rates. Premium rates are subject to change upon your renewal date.
Premiums are payable in advance on a monthly basis. You may pay using pre-authorized bank deduction, credit card, or by cheque. Rates shown do not include provincial sales tax, where applicable. Rates are reviewed on a yearly basis. You will be advised in advance of any necessary rate changes.
Follow these steps to apply for coverage under the RCC group insurance program:
Step 1 Complete the “RCC Group Insurance Quotation”
Step 2 You will receive a group insurance quotation from Morneau Shepell and all material required to apply.
Step 3 The employer completes a one page “Application for Group Coverage” form to select a plan design for the group.
Step 4 Each employee completes a one page Employee Enrolment form and to select the level of coverage required, and an “Evidence of Insurability” form.
Step 5 Send all completed application forms to businesssolutions@morneaushepell.com
All insurance is subject to medical underwriting by the insurer, and does not take effect until you are notified of approval.
